Consequently, we do not offer paper catalogs, which can waste an incredible amount of paper. Nor do we have a brick and mortar storefront. As a result, we're completely virtual and process all of our orders electronically. Due to these resource constraints, we prefer to answer your questions electronically as well. Need to request a warranty replacement for lighting? (please read carefully).
If you are seeking a factory warranty replacement for lighting purchased from E3 Living for the Neptun or EarthBulb brands, you must provide us with your order number and name in which the order was placed, the product number that needs replacing and a brief description of the problem. Warranty requests without this information can not be processed. E3 Living works with the manufacturer on your behalf to obtain warranty replacements. It is up to the manufacturer as to whether or not a replacement bulb will be sent. Only products from Neptun (2 years from date of purchase) and Earthbulb from Earthtronics (1 year from date of purchase) are eligible for this warranty service. For all other product warranties you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Please be sure to select LIGHT BULB WARRANTY REQUEST for the category.
